Therapy Services – Legal Notice

Therapy services are provided by a licensed mental health counselor. These services are available only to residents of Florida and New York.

Therapy is conducted under applicable state laws and professional licensing regulations.

Sessions are conducted using a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.

Therapy is confidential, ethical, and in accordance with professional standards of care.

Coaching Services – Legal Notice

Coaching services are provided through Life Enhancing Strategies and are available globally. Coaching is not therapy, nor a substitute for licensed mental health treatment.

• By engaging in coaching services, you agree that:
• You are not seeking mental health diagnosis or clinical treatment.
• You understand that coaching is not regulated or licensed.
• You are solely responsible for your own mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

Payment Policy

Therapy Services:

Payment is due at the time of each session unless otherwise arranged.

Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit cards, HSA cards, and secure payment portals.

Insurance is accepted. Copay is the responsibility of the client and is paid at session.

In the process that insurance does not cover a session, the client is responsible for full payment.

Coaching Services:

All coaching sessions and packages must be paid in full prior to service.

Payment is accepted through secure digital invoicing or checkout systems.

No coaching will be provided without payment in advance.

Refund Policy

Therapy sessions are non-refundable once rendered. Missed or canceled appointments without 24-hour notice may incur a cancellation fee.

Coaching sessions and packages are non-refundable once they have begun. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us to discuss resolution options.

Digital products, journals, and courses are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy and confidentiality are important to us.

Therapy client information is protected under HIPAA and stored in secure, compliant systems.

Coaching clients’ data is stored securely and used only for service delivery, scheduling, or opt-in communications.

We never sell or share your personal information.

All communications are encrypted and stored securely to protect your privacy.

Limitation of Liability

By using this site or services, you agree that Open Port Therapy and Life Enhancing Strategies, including Leslie, shall not be held liable for any:

Direct or indirect damages

Incidental or consequential losses

Any outcomes from use or misuse of content, services, or resources provided
